Thank you for the menu plan, I’m sure if I follow it this just might work for me, Thank you for all your help, this e-mail was perfect timing I just left a clothing store in tears because I did not like what I saw in the mirror, the last time I was this big, I was pregnant and that was 16 years ago, but at least I had a reason to be bigger, but on a good not my children (3) were all good size babies over lbs.. each.
